Anton/Bauer unveils new high-current battery.

Designed to meet the increased power requirements of today’s on-camera lights and other accessories, Anton/Bauer is unveiling its new Dionic HC high-current camera battery at the upcoming NAB 2009 Show (booth# C6021).

The lithium ion-based Dionic HC cell pack offers 85 watt-hour capacity and a built-in LCD real-time gauge tracks up to nine hours of run time. Each battery includes a seven-segment numerical icon display that indicates hours while a series of circular arcs illustrate 15-minute time intervals.

Due to the use of low-resistance cells, Dionic HC batteries can be used to power lighting loads and other accessories with a total output of up to 10 amps – a capability usually reserved only for nickel based chemistries.

Anton/Bauer is headquartered in Shelton, Conn. For more information, visit www.antonbauer.com/Home.
